Requirements for Domain Name Registration in Saudi Arabia:
To register a Domain for .sa/.com.sa and .alsaudiah, must have a Commercial Registration in Saudi Arabia, it should be similar or identical to the certificate. In case the name is not similar/identical in the CR, the Saudi Trademark certificate is required
- 1. Application form.
- 2. KSA registered Trademark certificate in Saudi Arabia in Latin (If no trademark registration, we are ready to process the registration of your trademark upon your request)
- 3. A letter addressed to SaudiNic Administration requesting the domain name (On the applicant's letterhead)
*If the applicant holds a certificate of incorporation in Saudi Arabia, the trademark registration certificate is not required.
3- Each domain name must be associated with primary and secondary servers, with a minimum of two operational domain names (DNS).
